Music Alive... And Kicking The Album - Out Now
Al Bridges played and sang passionately; Apple Rabbits delighted us with highly original acoustic versions of his album material and Haydon Spenceley and his friends gave a fine performance of soulful ballads.
Thanks to the musicians
who gave their time and energy freely, Puttyfoot Promotions and Misadventures in Media who
helped stage the gig and Rob Taylor who worked hard to organise a memorable evening. Music Alive offers
opportunities, activities and support to enable children and adults with disabilities to
make and enjoy music. Based in an attractive
rural location in Bentham near Swindon, the Music Rooms are welcoming and accessible.
Music Alive has an extensive range of musical instruments from around the world. Session
participants use music and computer technology to make music and develop new skills. Electronic instruments such as Soundbeam provide further creative opportunities to people of all abilities. We encourage and equip all to enjoy listening to and creating music for pleasure, self-expression and communication in daily lives.
