Visiting Music Alive

Highworth Community Centre is on two levels and only has step free access to Music Alive’s music room via the lower level (follow directions for ‘additional parking’ and park in or near the disabled parking bays).  Walk towards the centre keeping the steepening slope to your right and the rooms to your left.  Go up the ramp and enter the building then follow the corridor between the boys and girls toilets.  After going through the double doors turn left.

If you like stairs, enter at the top and turn right at the bottom of them.

Room7 is the first door after the book shelves on the left.

There is a roomy accessible toilet that has plenty of space for supporters. A changing table and hoist aren’t available but there is a Changing Places toilet nearby

Please note that Music Alive’s music rooms are our only private space and the community centre is a public place hosting various activities for different people. As music session leaders will be busy creating opportunities in music, we are unable to provide safe supervision for children and vulnerable people anywhere but in the music room.

The community centre’s grounds are beautiful including a field surrounded by trees. The picnic benches and space can be used by all visitors. The community centre’s grounds are secure and there is only

Access on and off the site is only available by the open gate from The Dormers.
